Your Tasks
You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and nursing standard for our residents and manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of nursing. You are jointly responsible for the design and implementation of nursing processes. With respect and mindfulness, you address their individual needs and wishes. You ensure the electronic nursing documentation and the application of the RAI system regarding nursing standards. You support your colleagues in challenging situations. You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
