About the job

During your interventions, you take responsibility for supporting the students entrusted to you in accordance with the mission of Alter École. You collaborate in managing an educational group at the boarding school, which accommodates an average of six children and adolescents. Substitutions are possible.

You plan, prepare, organize, and evaluate educational activities, implement and monitor educational projects specific to each student. You assume the role of reference person. You collaborate and communicate effectively with all institutional actors as well as with the students' families, whom you involve in their child's specific projects. You handle the administrative tasks related to the position.

Profile sought

• Bachelor HES in social work or equivalent training
• Experience in the field of disability
• Flexibility regarding the students taken care of
• Patience, perseverance, and creativity
• Sense of teamwork in multidisciplinary and institutional teams

Start date: June 1, 2026 at 40% to begin, then August 1, 2026 at 75%

Duration of the mandate: indefinite (permanent contract)
