- Friendly guest contact at the entrance area
- Support with guest information
- Collaboration with the security team in case of special incidents
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the cloakroom area
What you bring
- Flair or experience in the service sector (hotel industry, gastronomy, sales), basic commercial knowledge is an advantage
- Communicative, open and service-oriented manner
- Good knowledge of German, French and English are an advantage
- Willingness to work evening, night and weekend shifts (shift work)
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract without entries)
