In your new role as Head of Branch Office (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for leading and further developing our branch office in Basel. Together with your team, you will shape the Buildings Division and actively contribute to exciting new construction projects in the general contractor/specialist contractor sector. With your commitment, you will play a decisive role in successfully implementing strategic, financial, and operational goals and sustainably strengthening our market position.

What you will drive

• You implement the business unit strategy and create the business plan as well as the budget and resource planning for the branch office
• You bear overall responsibility for P&L, financial controlling, and compliance with corporate guidelines
• You ensure effective risk and process management and embody the corporate culture
• You acquire new contracts, conduct contract negotiations, and maintain close customer and partner relationships
• You promote employee development and ensure training as well as annual target agreements

Why you will succeed

• You have a completed degree as an architect or civil engineer ETH/FH, complemented by business management knowledge
• You bring several years of leadership experience as well as expertise in managing large projects in the construction industry
• You have several years of leadership, execution, and acquisition experience, ideally in the general contractor/specialist contractor sector
• You convince with your business knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and acquisition successes
• You present yourself confidently, maintain a strong network, and are experienced in dealing with customers and partners
