Spitex Rupperswil/Hunzenschwil/Auenstein is a modern, future-oriented service company. With around 20 employees, we are responsible for outpatient assistance and home care in these three municipalities (approx. 12,600 inhabitants).

Your area of responsibility

• Situation- and needs-based care and support in the area of basic and treatment care
• Maintaining and evaluating the electronic client documentation (Perigon)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist offices and doctors as well as advising clients and relatives
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and occupational safety according to company guidelines within the area of responsibility 
• Case management and responsibility for the care process (interRAI Switzerland)
• Participation in the RAI team upon request
• The opportunity to take on additional tasks, accompany projects, and contribute your personal experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience, ideally in the outpatient sector, is an advantage
• Social, methodological, and professional competence
• Responsible and independent working style
• IT user skills, Perigon experience is an advantage
• Valid driving license category B, or willingness to ride an e-bike
• Very good German skills (B2 or higher) in spoken and written form 
• Empathy, humor, and team spirit
