We are looking for you as

Employee Distribution Logistics

Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement

What are your tasks?

• Preparation of shipping and export documents including invoicing
• On-time transport scheduling Europe and overseas including cross-trade
• Checking and coding of freight invoices
• Optimization of freight volume
• Consulting sales and internal departments on foreign trade and customs issues
• Leadership and training of apprentices including training and performance evaluation
• Freight cost controlling as well as evaluation and support of freight forwarding service providers
• Handling of fiscal clarifications and activities
• Origin calculation and obtaining certificates of origin
• Export control administration

What do you bring with you?

• Completed commercial basic training with further education as a foreign trade specialist
• Several years of experience in distribution logistics
• Confident German and fluent English (B2)
• Proficient use of MS Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
• Structured and independent working style
• Experience with export control and training of apprentices is an advantage
