- Independent commercial property management at the owned locations in Aigle and Zweisimmen, as well as the leased locations in Nyon, Lausanne, and Payerne
- Real estate management for third-party tenants and group tenants as well as tenant interests at leased locations
- Commercial management of the commercial real estate portfolio
- Revenue responsibility as well as control and responsibility for expenses on the assigned sites
- Annual budgeting of rents and ancillary costs for the following year as well as recording in the Immopac software
- Responsibility for leasing and contract negotiations on the assigned sites (rental, lease, and usage contracts)
