• Sparring partner for managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle/HR process
• Advising employees on personnel and insurance-related matters
• Recruitment of new employees in collaboration with supervisors
• Responsibility for handling the complete personnel administration process from entry to exit, including evaluations
• Support of the existing HR team

• HR specialist with a federal diploma or career changer with several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
• Willingness to work partly at external locations
• Confident in German correspondence, French language skills desired
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite, SAP HCM user knowledge is an advantage
