The Raiffeisenbank Böttstein, is a successful, locally rooted, and growing bank with branches in Döttingen, Kleindöttingen, Klingnau, and Villigen. With around 50 employees, we dedicate ourselves daily to our customers - personally, competently, and with passion. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Credit Officer.
What awaits you?
• You assess and approve loan applications from private and corporate clients according to our credit policy and regulatory requirements.
• You manage credit positions, accompany new financings, prepare periodic re-approvals, and analyze annual financial statements.
• You handle construction loan processing, monitor risks, and independently manage approved credit transactions.
• You actively contribute to optimizing our credit processes.
• You are the first point of contact for our customer advisors in all credit matters.
• You work closely with internal and external entities such as authorities, insurance companies, and other banks.
What do you bring with you?
• You have solid knowledge of the Swiss real estate credit business and bring experience in credit processing and credit analysis – ideally at Raiffeisen.
• You have completed banking training and further education in business or banking economics.
• You are passionate about real estate financing and valuation.
• You can analyze complex issues, recognize connections, and make risk-conscious decisions – clearly justified, enforced, and firmly represented.
• You work independently, precisely, and efficiently – even under time pressure.
• You are flexible, resilient, and learn quickly.
