Bio Partner Switzerland AG is the leading partner in the Swiss organic market.

We supply customers in the organic trade, retail, gastronomy and processing industry with a full range of organic products and services, support entrepreneurs in the organic trade to further develop in the growing market environment, and operate our own organic specialty stores. Our headquarters and logistics centre are located in Seon (AG) and we operate an additional site in the Romandie. Our approximately 400 employees serve organic customers with tasty organic products and inspiring stories. Through our actions, we make a unique contribution to a sustainable and secure livelihood agriculture, a strong organic trade, and the good availability of particularly high-quality organic food for conscious consumers.

To strengthen our team at the KöniGnuss Organic Shop in Köniz / BE, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement:

Your tasks:

• Together as a team, you make organic food shopping a personal experience
• Your results-oriented work in the store according to entrepreneurial principles makes us successful
• You implement our shared goals and measures - especially regarding personnel, assortment, processes, food safety, layout, procurement, sales and marketing - in a respectful manner
• Support and deputy duties for the store management
• In short: You inspire our customers and make shopping an experience!

Your talents & experience:

• You are a sales talent with great enthusiasm, a good host and have a positive charisma
• Professional training in retail, with initial leadership experience
• Competent expertise in food and fresh produce is a great advantage
• You have a "can-do mentality" and are ready to pitch in energetically
• Passionate, communicative and inspiring personality
• Flexibility, teamwork and reliability underline your profile
• Experience in gastronomy is a plus
• Social media affinity is an advantage
