As a fashion consultant, you play a key role in our mission to inspire people through our passion for fashion and to express their individual personality. Your most important task is to delight our customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and a first-class shopping experience. 

To complement our successful team at the PKZ WOMEN Bern branch, we are looking for a committed individual as a Fashion Consultant 20% (hourly wage basis) starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

• You provide our customers with professional and high-quality service 
• You competently advise our customers when purchasing high-quality women's fashion
• You are a good host and live this attitude daily on the sales floor 
• You help to acquire new regular customers and maintain existing customer relationships in the long term 
• You operate the cash register including cash closing 
• You support us with goods processing as well as in visual merchandising 
• You undertake minor alterations, take measurements, and properly pin garments 
• Flexible deployments according to the deployment plan 
• Support at seasonal evening events (approx. 4 times per season from 18:00 to 22:00) 
• During holiday periods, there is the possibility to take on additional shifts

• Ideally, you have training or professional experience in the textile, fashion, or retail sector 
• You bring experience in advising on high-quality women's fashion 
• You have knowledge in alterations, pinning, and fit consultation 
• You are a committed, service-oriented, and sales-strong personality 
• You work independently, reliably, and are flexibly deployable 
• You have very good spoken German skills; understanding Swiss German is mandatory 
• Good spoken French skills are mandatory and English skills are an advantage
