Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Product Owners & Business Analysts

Your tasks

• Leading, coaching, and developing a location-spanning team of Product Owners and Business Analysts - in close collaboration with the leadership team of the software department
• Promoting a sustainable and appreciative working environment in an international, interdisciplinary setting
• Encouraging an agile mindset with transparent communication and enabling self-organization
• Ensuring alignment with professional and personal goals as well as the long-term development of your employees
• Coordinating and optimizing processes and activities in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other disciplines

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience (preferably in an international setup) with a passion for a cooperative leadership style
• Experience and enthusiasm for the agile mindset, Scrum, and (scaled) agile processes
• Convincing, communicative, creative, and assertive personality
• Solution-oriented and the ability to recognize and manage conflicts
• Holistic system perspective, skilled in interconnected thinking, and enthusiasm for product development
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in a working environment of software or instrument development
• You communicate fluently in German and English (Spanish and/or Slovak are welcome additions)
