For Rhomberg Bau, we are looking for a responsible commercial overall coordinator in construction (m/f/d) for the Lindau or Ulm location.

Your Tasks

As a commercial overall coordinator, you are the central contact person at our location. In close cooperation with the team and the finance and controlling management, you actively manage and develop the commercial area – both on a strategic and operational level.

• Assuming overarching commercial responsibility for the areas of general contractor/general contractor with subcontractors and project development
• Budget, forecast, and results management, as well as management of capital commitment and liquidity planning
• Responsibility for financing issues, guarantees, and warranty matters in cooperation with finance/controlling and banks
• Coordination and alignment with strategic partners, subcontractors, and internal specialist departments as well as central interface for external partners

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study or equivalent qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the commercial area of a construction company
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally iTWO or BRZ
• Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law (e.g., VOB) 
• Communication skills, independent action, strong team spirit, and a confident analytical understanding of business management key figures
