About the job
To strengthen its teams, Excelsia is looking for a Lean Management trainer consultant
Status: Freelance (billing based on services performed)
Activity volume: A few days per year.
Location: Switzerland – around Fribourg initially.
Assignments:
- Prepare and conduct Lean Management training, certified (IASSC® Lean Six Sigma) or customized.
- Advise companies and administrations on the implementation of the Lean approach.
Profile:
- Mandatory criteria:
- Significant practical experience in Lean Management.
- Attentive, flexible approach, proactive, ability to quickly adapt to participants' requests.
- Ability to conduct training sessions in French or English
- Mobile in Romandy, on non-consecutive days
- Valid IASSC® or ASQ Certified Black Belt™ ICYB™ certification, with a score of at least 75%.
- Highly desirable: Ability to conduct training in French AND English.
- A plus: experience in conducting training for company employees.
