Your profile

• You have training as a nursing specialist (tertiary level and/or EFZ qualification)
• Your diploma is recognized by the SRK
• Ideally, you have experience in the long-term care sector
• You bring self-motivation, resilience, and reliability
• You are flexible, a team player, and resilient

Your tasks

• You work hand in hand with the team and management on daily challenges
• You care about appreciative and individual care and support
• Care documentation, care planning, and assessments with RAI Inter LTCF are natural to you
• You value contributing to quality assurance and continuous development of care processes
