Tasks
- Collaborate with the team and the Association to develop and execute the animation project.
- Manage the annual budget allocated with the Association effectively.
- Promote the development of local community life through various activities.
Skills
- Hold a HES diploma in social work or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong ability to work with diverse audiences, particularly children and teens.
- Good organizational skills and capacity for both collective and autonomous work.

About the job
• In collaboration with the team and the Association of the place, design, define and implement the animation project;
• Manage the annual budget allocated with the Association;
• Share with colleagues the responsibility for the animation of the place and ensure its good local establishment;
• Promote the development of the neighborhood's associative life;
• Ensure administrative tasks, site management and communication in collaboration with the team.
• Hold a HES diploma in social work or an equivalent recognized title;
• Experience and good ability to work with all audiences, especially in open reception, group management skills;
• Interest in working with children and/or teenagers;
• Skills in conceptualizing and leading community projects;
• Interest in developing cultural, participatory and activist projects;
• Proactive, creativity, humor and dynamism;
• Sense of organization and planning;
• Ability to work collectively and autonomously, in a horizontal organization;
• Listening and dialogue skills, team spirit;
• Great adaptability;
• Ability to supervise monitors and support interns and volunteers;
• Availability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends;
• Good knowledge of the Lausanne social system, strong interest in networking and the associative environment;
• Good administrative skills and mastery of common computer software;
• Driver's license, an asset.
