Take responsibility in projects, provide comprehensive consulting, and ensure that our customers are optimally cared for.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• You actively, competently, and purposefully support your assigned customers
• You plan, execute, and accompany Abacus software installations, updates, and maintenance – in the role of subproject manager or project team member
• You implement Abacus tools such as Electronic Banking, AbaScan, or AbaAudit, train users, and support them professionally
• You provide holistic consulting, capture customer needs, develop suitable concepts, and implement them successfully
• You further develop existing customers, identify additional potential, and support the acquisition of new customers
• You maintain all Abacus installations managed by BDO as part of the technical team
• You independently support customers in a solution-oriented manner with a high quality standard

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You have education or training in the IT field with a focus on system technology
• You have experience in specialist consulting and are familiar with modern IT technologies, security concepts, and system architectures
• You are familiar with creating operational concepts and implement them confidently
• You have at least three years of Abacus experience or comparable ERP competencies
• You communicate confidently in German. English and French are a plus
• You work independently, take responsibility, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You convince with confident appearance, clear communication, and customer-oriented thinking
• You understand the IT infrastructure and system landscape of our customers and can assess them expertly
