- Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance is mandatory
- Willingness to regularly continue education and to complete the VBV exam
- Reliable, resilient personality combined with an efficient working style
- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Positive and winning manner, sales flair
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
