What you can achieve
- Ensuring the timely and correct execution of inventories at RUAG locations throughout Switzerland
- Analysis of inventory data and initiation of improvement measures
- Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, controlling)
- Participation in the further development of inventory methods and processes
- Taking over incoming material in the assigned area of responsibility
- Providing material based on picking lists
- Operating infrastructure such as forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes, etc.
- Carrying out picking orders, partly with preparation of goods
- Unpacking incoming goods
- Packing goods to be shipped
- Preparing goods for incoming goods inspection
- Performing internal and external transports using passenger cars, electric forklifts, etc.
- Logistical support in current projects on site
- Preparing material for goods issue
- Booking goods receipts in the ERP
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Experience in inventory, warehouse management, or logistics
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with personal responsibility
- Very good IT skills: SAP S/4HANA and Excel
- Flexibility and willingness to work, also outside regular working hours
- Proficient handling of digital warehouse management
- Reliable and independent working style
- Service-oriented approach
- Language skills: good German spoken and written, English is an advantage
- Forklift license
- Crane operator license is an advantage
- Driver's license B
- Flexible and motivated
- Team player
