A specialist in the accounting department for the billing procedures team
Workload: 80% - 100%
In addition to determining contributions, the collection of contributions is also one of the core tasks of the compensation fund. The collection of contributions includes both invoicing and dunning procedures and is based on legal requirements.
Tasks
In a small team, you are responsible for the timely and legally compliant processing and monitoring of the billing procedures. This mainly includes
- the collection of contributions (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, FAK, etc.)
- the collection measures according to the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act
- arranging payment deferrals and installment payments
- the cash and payment transactions for the entire area of the social insurance institution
Requirements
- a commercial education and several years of professional experience (preferably in accounting or collections)
- knowledge of debt collection and bankruptcy law
- good German language skills
- good Italian language skills
- independent and structured working style
- resilience and assertiveness
- team spirit and flexibility
- interest in further professional development
