- Qualified nursing professional (AP, GKP, PFM, PFF, KP, KS)
- A motivating leadership style as well as an appreciative interaction with residents, caregivers, and relatives
- Knowledge of SGB XI and the Schleswig-Holstein Self-Determination Strengthening Act
- Professional, organizational, and economic leadership competence
