For our office in Bremgarten as well as our seven other locations in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for a reliable, committed, and technically skilled individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

In this versatile role, you ensure the smooth operation and safety of our locations and properties. Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring ongoing facility maintenance as well as the technical and infrastructural equipment at our locations
• Carrying out minor repair, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Coordinating and accompanying external craftsmen, specialist companies, and service providers
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, operational requirements, and standards
• Assuming the role of Safety Officer (SIBE) for the operation and associated properties
• Identifying safety and maintenance needs and initiating appropriate measures
• Organising and coordinating maintenance and servicing work
• Creating and maintaining overviews, documentation, and protocols
• Taking on general organisational and administrative tasks in the area of facility maintenance and safety

Your Profile

You have completed training in facility maintenance, technology, or a comparable qualification (at least EFZ) and ideally bring practical experience in a similar role.

You also convince us with:

• Completed further training as a Safety Officer (SIBE) – mandatory requirement
• Very good IT user skills, especially in MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Manual dexterity and a pronounced practical mindset
• Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle for the care of our various properties

You enjoy working independently, keep an overview even with diverse tasks, and take pleasure in assuming responsibility for a safe and functioning operation.
