About the job
What you will achieve:
- Operational management of the products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as designing and implementing corresponding customer communications
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects in the role of product owner as well as strategic support and further development of the products
- Professional leadership, providing input and support as a central interface to various departments (including marketing, customer consulting, actuarial, underwriting, and claims management)
- Support and further development of the rules for the IT core systems including requirements definition, testing, and acceptance
Why you will succeed:
- You have a (technical) university degree and ideally already have experience in project and/or product management
- You are a team player and a resilient, flexible, service-oriented person with the ability to think networked, recognize complex relationships, and are characterized by independence and diligence
- Your pragmatic implementation strength convinces together with creativity and solution orientation, complemented by your methodological and conceptual skills
- You communicate fluently in German (spoken and written) with various stakeholders; French is a plus
- You are an expert in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis (R/SQL) is a plus
