- Monitoring of individual system components
- Repairs, assemblies, renewals
- Building maintenance of the mill
- Ordering spare parts for individual
- machines and their storage
- Maintaining spare parts lists for systems and milling machines
- Cleaning and maintenance work
- Project planning with the production manager
Requirements
- Training as a mechanic or an equivalent professional/technical education
- Several years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
- Organizational skills, independent and precise work
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Good physical condition
- Willingness to work at night or on weekends in emergencies
