We are looking for:
Immediately or by arrangement, a versatile, creative, and highly organized personality who is committed to two complementary areas of responsibility:
Area of responsibility 1: Communication & Media
- Building and maintaining our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, other channels)
- Content creation: texts, images, videos, and project stories for internal and external communication
- Maintenance and further development of the website (content management, structure, up-to-dateness)
- Design of graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
- Support in sponsorship and PR activities
Area of responsibility 2: Management & IT
- Assistance to the three-person management team in organizational and administrative areas
- Coordination of appointments, meetings, and internal/external events
- Support in internal and external correspondence and communication
- Handling general administrative tasks
- First point of contact for IT questions and technical concerns of the team
- First-level support: user management, workstation setup, IT infrastructure support
- Coordination and communication with external IT service providers
You bring:
- Completed commercial or design training with interest and experience in communication, architecture, design, and IT
- Confident, friendly demeanor and very good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
- Strong technical understanding as well as interest in digital tools and IT topics
- Good sense for aesthetics, design, and architecture
- Independent, structured working style and pronounced organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, and basic IT systems
- High initiative, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
