The Department of Elderly Care and Nursing of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five elderly centers as well as with Spitex. The Elderly Center Adlergarten provides a cozy home for 170 residents and belongs to the Department of Elderly Care and Nursing of the City of Winterthur.
As site management and member of the extended executive management, you are responsible for leading the Elderly Center Adlergarten. The well-being of the residents, the trust of the relatives, and the promotion of your employees are at the center of your work.

Your Tasks
- Independent organizational, personnel, professional, and economic management of the elderly center with budget responsibility
- Ensuring the well-being of the residents as well as creating and maintaining the trust of the relatives
- Promotion and further development of employees
- Responsibility for implementing the quality standards defined at the department level and implementing the instructions and concepts of the Department of Elderly Care and Nursing
- Representation and positioning of the elderly center within Elderly Care and Nursing and towards all external stakeholders
- Co-responsibility as a member of the extended executive management and the committee of site managers for the leadership and further development of Elderly Care and Nursing under the principle "Everything under one roof"
- Networking the Elderly Center Adlergarten in the neighborhood and representing it externally
Your Profile
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in long-term care
- Solid management training
- Clear and structured leadership style combined with a high process and solution orientation
- Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Service-oriented attitude with the aim of providing residents with a life- and love-worthy home
- Personality with a winning and positive charisma
- Ability and willingness to cooperate and work interprofessionally within our matrix organization
