Your Tasks
- Implementation, planning, evaluation of care considering care standards
- Planning and evaluation of therapeutic measures in cooperation with the multiprofessional team
- Implementation and compliance with guidelines as well as quality and hygiene standards
- Proper and professional documentation
- Participation in patient, case, and ward meetings, as well as rounds and supervisions
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care or as a care specialist (m/f/d)
- Experience in caring for patients with addiction (m/f/d) desirable
- Social and communicative skills
