Customer Advisor: International Corporate Clients
Kessler is the leading Swiss company for comprehensive risk, insurance, and pension consulting. Founded in 1915, Kessler today employs 370 people at its headquarters in Zurich and at locations in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, Neuchâtel, Sion, St. Gallen, and Vaduz.
As a result of a succession arrangement due to retirement in mid-2026, we are looking early for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable personality for the role of Customer Advisor for our clients in the consumer goods and services industries.
What to expect
- Comprehensive support of assigned national and international corporate clients on risk and insurance matters in close cooperation with our specialists
- Risk identification, analysis, and development of customer-specific and innovative insurance solutions together with our specialists
- Proactive support in complex claims cases together with our specialists
- Direct contacts with insurers and in the international broker network
- Strong team cohesion
- Structured onboarding according to a detailed program and introduction to the assigned clients
What you bring
- Commercial training with additional education in the insurance sector (professional certificate, diploma, ARM); alternatively, a completed degree in law or business administration
- Broker registration or willingness to undergo the corresponding training
- Several years of practical experience with a multi-industry insurer or broker in advising larger corporate clients
- Very good German skills as well as business fluent English, additional national languages are an advantage
- Confident, empathetic demeanor, enjoyment in taking on personal responsibility combined with a high degree of solution orientation and service understanding
- Enjoyment of teamwork and innovative, customer-oriented thinking
