Technical Internal Sales Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Telephone and personal support of our customers
- Order processing and technical clarifications in the field of small systems
- Preparation of offers and billing of service activities
- Creation of service and spare parts orders
- Scheduling of service technicians
- Analysis and solution development for complex system problems
- General tasks in customer service
Your Profile
- Technical basic training, e.g. in mechanics/electronics etc.
- Interest in supporting sustainable biomass heating systems
- Knowledge in customer service or heating industry is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good to very good French skills
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Structured, efficient working method and quick comprehension
- Communicative, customer-oriented and convincing
