Your task with us
In our retirement home, you ensure that residents and guests feel completely comfortable. With your commitment, you contribute to a warm atmosphere in the dining room, at events, and in daily service.
What awaits you
- Service in the dining room, in the tavern, as well as room service
- Assistance at events and banquets
- Preparation & mise en place of service stations
- Independent management of your service station including daily closings
- Co-responsibility for cleanliness and order
- Warm contact with residents and guests
- Close cooperation with kitchen, care, and the service team
- Passing on important observations for the well-being of the residents

What you bring with you
- Experience in the service sector (ideally in healthcare)
- Training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or service specialist EBA is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German
- Friendly manners and empathy
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
