Metalworker, for gate construction
Activities
- Assembly and commissioning of gate systems for private customers (e.g., garage, driveway, and sliding gates)
- Installation, service, and repair of industrial and commercial gates (e.g., sectional doors, high-speed doors, hall doors)
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of drives, controls, and safety systems
- Carrying out maintenance as well as functional and safety inspections
- Timely and professional execution of work on site at the customer
- Documentation of completed work and feedback to project management / dispatch
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician/electrical installer, metalworker, pipe locksmith, or comparable technical training
- Experience in gate construction, especially assembly, repair, or service, is an advantage
- Confident handling of technical drawings as well as electrical and circuit diagrams
- Manual dexterity and good understanding of mechanical and electrical contexts
- Customer-oriented demeanor, as assignments are carried out for private and industrial customers
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Driver's license category B
