For the period May to November 2026, we are looking for a committed, empathetic, and service-oriented personality for the position of Administration / Case Management KBH (60-80%).

As a Administration / Case Management employee in the business area "Everyday Support", you take on a central role in the administrative processing of our childcare at home (KBH), Duo, and Pontesano services. With your structured approach, attention to detail, and service orientation, you ensure that our processes from reporting to invoicing to statistics and reporting run smoothly. As part of a committed team, you will significantly contribute during this time to reliably supporting and optimally caring for our clients and volunteers.

This is what you achieve with us

Independent handling of administrative and organizational tasks including general business correspondence
Responsibility for reporting, invoicing, dunning, and invoice control
Preparation of performance figures, statistics, and reports for our clients as well as to support strategic planning
Support in quality management, process documentation, and monitoring data quality and data maintenance in the CRM
Support of the department management in administrative and organizational matters
Deputizing and support in administrative tasks within the team

This is what you bring

Completed commercial basic training EFZ and experience in the commercial field
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Experience working with CRM systems
Independent, systematic, and structured way of working
Enjoyment of a meaningful task in the humanitarian environment
Ability to keep an overview and set priorities even in a dynamic environment
