YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

•Leading and developing about 8-10 employees •Coordination and resource planning of the team in our projects •Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments as well as project management •Supporting the creation of concepts, specifications, and technical documentation •Approval and control of the necessary documentation for procurement and production •Active collaboration with customers and suppliers in an international environment

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

•Completed technical education at university level (FH/University) with a focus on mechanical engineering or mechatronics •Several years of professional and leadership experience in plant or rail vehicle construction •Solid knowledge in Catia V5 or another current 3D CAD system
•Very good German and English skills (level C1) in spoken and written form •Resilient, flexible, and communicative personality with high social and professional competence •Goal-oriented, structured way of working and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
