Marketing Manager Culinary Art 80-100%
Responsibilities
In this role, you report directly to the Head of Marketing & Corporate Development. As the central point for all matters concerning marketing and portfolio management, you will contribute your skills especially in the following areas:
- Market analysis and insights management: The world of culinary products is moving and we move with it. Recognize consumer trends early, anticipate market developments, and derive clear recommendations for action.
- Portfolio management: Do you like Excel or SAP? Perfect, because we expect you to regularly review and optimize your product portfolio.
- Innovation management: You enjoy regularly revising and expanding the pipeline based on your market and portfolio analyses.
- Writing concepts: You manage to package the insights gained from internal and external sources into relevant concepts and inspire our customers and their consumers.
- Strategy development: Together with an interdisciplinary team, we discuss where the greatest development opportunities lie for our "Culinary Art" business field and our culinary products. You help to develop and implement the corresponding strategies.
- Travel activity: We are where the consumers and customers of our customers are. Therefore, you are also open to visiting the markets relevant to us.
Requirements
You are interested in food and the related disciplines. You can get excited about new things and like to carry this enthusiasm into the teams and to our customers. We are especially pleased if:
- You already have 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or portfolio management, ideally in the food or FMCG sector.
- You bring a flair for innovation and consumer insights, as well as your solid understanding of portfolio management and life cycle management.
- You speak German and English, with any additional language being a plus.
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and like to lead by good example.
- You like managing projects, setting goals for yourself, and then achieving or even exceeding them.
- You have a market-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, and the conviction that we make a difference in the market through differentiation of our products.
