Polymechanic – Quality Technician

Activities

Creating measurement programs on coordinate measuring machines
Planning and conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) as well as machine and process capability studies (cmk & cpk)
Creating initial sample inspection reports (ISIR), Production-Part-Approval-Process (PPAP) as well as validation documents
Creating and managing test protocols, limit sample catalogs, and work instructions in the CAQ system
Assisting with measuring equipment monitoring
Assisting with series testing and monitoring
Assisting with handling customer complaints and internal error reports

Requirements

Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
Further training as a quality technician or test planner
Experience with quality techniques as well as knowledge in the automotive sector IATF 16949
Good English skills in spoken and written form
Good communication and conflict resolution skills
