For the weaving workshop
Your mission:
- Support beneficiaries in their workshop activities
- Develop and implement individualized support projects
- Coordinate the management of the workshop with your colleague
- Ensure cross-sector collaboration
Your profile:
- Federal diploma as a tailor or professional skills consistent with the workshop's needs
- MSP diploma
- Ability to work in a team
- Demonstrate creativity in designing objects adapted to workers
- Rigor, efficiency, and organization, as well as good autonomy
- Energetic, dynamic, proposal-oriented, practicing constructive feedback
