What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and develop thermal system architectures for heat pumps and cooling systems

Evaluate refrigerants and components to meet performance and environmental goals

Integrate simulation insights and AI tools to refine system designs

Collaborate with R&D, product management, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions

Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

5–10 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal system design

Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB, GT Suites, Amesym) and programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB)
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in the automotive or HVAC industry

Familiarity with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations

Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
