Team Assistant (m/f/d)

in Greifswald

Your tasks:

• You support the office management as well as the real estate agents in all matters and are responsible for active participation and support in daily business
• You take on administrative tasks in various areas, prepare customer appointments, and manage the meeting rooms
• You are responsible for correct data entry and prompt processing and forwarding of data
• You perform tasks and work according to defined and uniform guidelines
• Creation of cooperation concepts for the in-house magazine, newspapers, and other online and offline platforms
• Acquisition of new industry-related cooperation partners and introduction into the existing structures of VON POLL REAL ESTATE
• Integration and management of existing and new partners in the cooperation processes
• Support of existing cooperation partners and development of joint activities
• Long-term retention of partners to the company
• Proactive approach to potential cooperation partners, activation of cross-selling potential
• Strategic advice and active support for the successful implementation of the partnership
• Analysis and optimization of communication, evaluation of chosen measures, and creation of meaningful reports
• Ensuring the external impact and visibility of the VON POLL REAL ESTATE corporate brand in relevant target media and channels
• You integrate into a team with the motivation for long-term and collegial cooperation. A nice and open-minded team that looks forward to working with you

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training and take on the classic office tasks of real estate agents
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in a comparable position
• You are a team player, reliable, flexible, and have a confident and self-assured appearance
• You are experienced, motivated, committed, and keep an overview and your friendly demeanor even in stressful situations
• You perform your tasks as conscientiously and reliably as you do structured and organized
• You are proficient in using the MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• You communicate convincingly in spoken and written form and know how to prepare persuasive presentations
