In our Weiherwies retirement and nursing home, we offer 31 residents a home in a family atmosphere and rural surroundings. Their well-being is at the center of all activities and services.
To complement our day team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Nursing Specialist FaGe, DN I /II, HF or AKP
Your tasks include:
- Planning and carrying out care
- Planning and evaluating measures
- You are the contact and information person for residents and relatives in emergency situations
- You are the contact person for doctors in emergency situations
- You conduct medical rounds
- You are co-responsible for medication management
- Documentation of care services in BESAdoK
- You are co-responsible for implementing internal home guidelines
- You are also eager to take on additional tasks
