WISS offers training and further education in the fields of business, computer science, and real estate – from school-organized apprenticeships to degree programs at the level of advanced technical college and postgraduate. It is a largely independent Swiss company with three locations (BE, SG, ZH), belonging to the traditional family-run Klett education group, one of the largest private education groups in Europe.
For the development and management of our educational products, we are looking for you at the Zurich Altstetten location starting immediately: a young motivated personality with team spirit and enthusiasm for education & ICT. In this role, you are mainly responsible for the further development of the development area «ICT certificates» in the HBB-Computer Science sector. For this task, we envision a workload of 80% to 100%.
Your challenge
• Analysis of curricula and needs of our students
• Development and further development of learning and examination processes
• Leading teachers in the development of teaching and examination content
• Leading subject groups for quality assurance of teaching and examination content
• Ensuring the integration of modern pedagogical / andragogical learning methods
• Further development of learning and examination environments
Your profile
• You are passionate about education!
• On the one hand, you are a committed and creative personality
• On the other hand, you are persistent and goal-oriented
• You work precisely without getting lost in details, are reliable and meet deadlines
• You enjoy leading, organizing, and coordinating development teams / subject groups
• Your demeanor is both warm and confident
• Preferably, you have experience in the education sector
• You have very good computer skills or a strong affinity for computer science
• And several years of professional experience
