About the job
As the first point of contact for emergency patients, you are responsible for the correct administrative patient and case registration. You ensure insurance clarifications and the deposit system and ensure smooth workflows between administration, nursing, and medical staff.
Additionally, you operate the telephone switchboard at night and handle the bed plan administratively on weekends.
You work in a 3-shift system; the emergency reception is open around the clock. The duty schedule is irregular; schedules are usually created 2-3 months in advance.
Start from February 2026 or by arrangement.

• Training/continuing education in commercial or medical fields
• Experience in a hospital environment is an advantage if possible
• Foreign language skills in French and English are an advantage
• Proficient PC user skills
