We are looking for you as a Training and Application Specialist (m/f/d) for the Southern region as soon as possible.
In this role, you will become a valuable support for our sales team and contribute significantly to the success of our customer care. In close cooperation with our (Key) Account Managers, you will support acute and long-term care facilities in Southern Baden-Württemberg. You will not only be a technical contact person but also an initiator for the optimal application of our products and solutions.
What awaits you:
- Training and consulting our customers in the acute and long-term care segment as well as conceptual sales of the product portfolio and services
- Collaboration and information exchange with the responsible Account Managers at the regional level, especially in target customer and activity planning
- Acquisition, scheduling, preparation, and execution of assessments in coordination with the Account Manager as well as the resulting tour planning
- Application support and technical training within the framework of trial orders, instructions, and product sales
- Independent execution of training sessions and workshops for our customers
- Management of reporting and maintenance of our CRM tool SalesForce
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and events
What distinguishes you:
Completed vocational training in healthcare, for example nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or elderly care with several years of professional experience
Ideally, knowledge and skills to convey specialized knowledge
Confident handling of the MS Office package
Good communication and presentation skills as well as teamwork ability
Very good German and good English skills
Mobility and willingness to travel
