Job description

Amaris is currently looking for an R&D Engineer passionate about laboratory environments and setting up testing methods.

Your goal will be to develop, secure, and optimize testing processes in the industrial sector.

🔥Your responsibilities:

Design, develop, and improve testing processes and methodologies in the R&D laboratory.
Execute test campaigns and ensure their traceability, while focusing on reliability and reproducibility of results.
Characterize existing methods and propose continuous improvements.
Establish links between different types of tests to have a global and scientific vision of the validation process.
Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to ensure the relevance and efficiency of test benches.
Participate in the implementation of tools and standards to strengthen the robustness of tests.

🎯Your profile:

Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanical, electronic, physics, materials or related field.
Experience in an R&D laboratory environment with a strong interest in test methodology and structuring.
Strong analytical skills, scientific rigor, and ability to take a step back.
Knowledge in development or automation of test benches is a plus.
Continuous improvement mindset, curiosity, and taste for cross-functional work.
