Your Tasks
- Individual and competent care and support of our patients according to our nursing mission statement
- In this role, you are additionally responsible for the training of apprentices and students on an interdisciplinary ward
- You convey theoretical and practical basics, create appropriate learning situations, and accompany practical work with a focus on preparation for working life
- You conduct training discussions, document the training status, know the current training regulations, and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance
- You actively participate in shaping our internal TT days with the HF/FH students
- You work in the Shared Governance team in the department, participate monthly in the internal education forum, contribute your know-how, and instruct and advise apprentices, students, and staff in nursing and organizational matters
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Ideally professional experience in acute care or vocational training
- Trainer certificate (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or willingness to obtain it
- Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
