Team Lead System Reliability Engineer (SRE) (m/f/d) 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• Technical and personnel leadership of a 9-member, multinational and distributed SRE team (Brazil, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Serbia), as well as active coaching and development of your team members.
• Responsibility for architectural decisions in the SRE environment and operations, as well as continuous development of the bexio infrastructure.
• Hands-on involvement in daily operations, including close collaboration with other engineering teams.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team, you see yourself as a leader and part of the team.
• Enjoy coaching, promoting, and advancing colleagues both professionally and personally.
• Very good technical background in Linux and Kubernetes, including experience with tools like Helm, ArgoCD, KEDA, or comparable technologies.
• Good knowledge of cloud environments such as GCP and/or AWS.
• Experience with at least two of the following database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
