Machine Operator (m/f/d)

What tasks will you undertake?

You will:

• Operate TIG and MAG welding robot neck welding systems as well as equipment in assembly during ongoing production operations.
• Check and monitor machines and equipment and ensure stable and safe operation.
• Monitor manufacturing processes regarding quality, safety, and productivity.
• Resolve minor malfunctions and carry out simple repairs directly on the systems.
• Actively participate in KVP, Lean, and TPM activities and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure cleanliness and order at the workplace by consistently applying the 5S principles.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Have completed basic mechanical training.
• Bring further training and practical experience in welding.
• Are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Are familiar with common MS Office tools.
• Work responsibly, independently, and resiliently.
