About the job
As a member of the "Production Means Design" skills group, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, often upstream of the industrialization phases. Your role will be to work on mechanical design projects and contribute to the development of our center of excellence specialized in machining micromachines, characterization, and digitalization of skills. You will be part of our research and experimentation team dedicated to the interconnected production tools of the future. Additionally, you will support academic projects and courses in our HES curriculum.
You will be part of a dynamic team composed of experienced collaborators, offering an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable and recognized experience. This position requires autonomy, excellent scientific skills, and above all a strong motivation for learning and professional development.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical systems or product design or an equivalent qualification, as well as initial training in mechanical and automation trades. You show an interest in developing the state of the art in the design of autonomous production means of the future, their realization, and their virtualization. You have good skills in understanding production means as well as 3D digital tools. You are curious, enterprising, and passionate. You master French and have good knowledge of English.
