Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you and your colleagues are responsible for the complete personnel administration of Concara Services AG, Spitex Bern AG, as well as the operations of Domicil Bern AG (Flex-Pool, Pharmacy, MedCara). You share the area of responsibility and represent each other. In addition to personnel entries and exits as well as mutations, you are responsible in the time tracking system for recording sickness and accident absences and the monthly closings. You manage training requests and create, publish, and maintain job advertisements in the applicant management tool. Handling unsolicited applications, personnel placement files, and general inquiries by email or phone is also part of your daily routine.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic education or equivalent qualification
- Further training as HR Assistant or Personnel Officer
- Experience in a comparable function
- Strong organizational skills
- Confidential handling of sensitive information and data
- Teamwork skills as well as constructive behavior in interdisciplinary teams
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Beyond the profile, you move confidently in dynamic, rapidly changing environments and also find your way in complex, sometimes unclear structures. Thanks to your ability to think in different system worlds, you quickly recognize connections and act solution-oriented.
