For a family-run, established car garage in the Basel region with a broad brand portfolio, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as:
 

Service Advisor 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Friendly and competent advice to customers on service and repair orders
• Recording and coordinating customer enquiries as well as scheduling appointments for workshop orders
• Preparation and explanation of cost estimates, coordination of repairs with customers
• Close collaboration with the workshop team to ensure smooth processes
• Participation in the further development of service offerings and processes
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Completed technical or commercial training in the automotive sector
• Experience in customer service at a garage and technical understanding of various brands
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Flexibility, resilience and team spirit
• German at native level, English skills advantageous
