Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
Responsibility for the entire nursing process, including the primary nursing system,

Documentation in CareCoach and RAI LTCF

Ensuring and further developing the quality of care and education
Participation in projects as well as implementation of the nursing goals of Perla Park
Personnel deployment planning Polypoint PEP
Organization and leadership of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary

reports

Support and supervision of trainees
Active shaping of a warm and professional nursing culture

Your profile

Completed diploma recognized in Switzerland in nursing HF/FH/DNII
Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
High professional, social and communication skills
Quality and sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking
Enjoyment of teamwork, resilience, flexibility and a sense of humor
Proficient use of IT applications (Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
